2024 Best of Grand: Bob Scott’s Authentic Indian Jewelry has the best customer service
Bob Scott’s Authentic Indian Jewelry and Fine Gifts is a spot you don’t want to miss if you are in Grand County. The people who run the store are passionate about their work and provide a customer service experience that you won’t find anywhere else.
The jewelry and gift store won a plethora of awards in this year’s Best of Grand contest, including Best Customer Service, Best Furniture/Home Decor Store, Best Gift Shop and more.
“We try to do a good job in everything we do, but you never know if you’re pleasing everyone,” Bob Scott said.
Scott works at the store each summer, seven days a week, and is recognized by customers by the iconic collection of bolo ties he wears. He runs the store with Lou Lybrand, a retired teacher.
Visitors and residents can be seen inside the store, where anyone can find something suited for their needs. Scott and Lybrand are always busy assisting customers in finding the perfect item, whether a gift or a treat for themselves, among the eclectic assortment of merchandise that sits on the shelves of the store.
In addition to selling authentic Native American jewelry, the store also does appraisal services, jewelry repair and Navajo textile repair as well as mounting and preservation.
Scott expressed immense gratitude at the support from community members in this year’s Best of Grand contest. Scott and Lybrand are active members of the Grand County community, so being recognized is always extra special, he said.
“I appreciate it so much, and I feel so honored,” Scott said.
If you’ve never checked out Bob Scott’s, these readers choice awards are your sign to stop in and experience award-winning customer service. The Grand Lake jewelry store closes for the season when Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park closes and reopens in the spring.
