BLM announces seasonal closures across Kremmling Field Office area
A number of seasonal closures on Bureau of Land Management land across the Kremmling Field Office area are set to begin Sunday, Dec. 15.
The following routes are closed to wheeled, motorized travel:
- Wolford Mountain Special Recreation Management Area and adjacent motorized routes, including BLM land between U.S. Highway 40 and Grand County Road 2
- Grouse Mountain Road
- Black Mountain Road from Grand County Road 2
- Sulphur Gulch Road from U.S. 40
- North Parshall Divide Road between Hot Sulphur Springs and Parshall
- Kinney Creek Road east of Hot Sulphur Springs and 2.2 miles north of U.S. 40
- Hogback Road from Colorado Highway 125
The following routes are closed to all motorized travel:
- Wolford Mountain single-track
- Inspiration Point Flats Road north of Trough Road
- Strawberry Road from the Fraser River Canyon Trail parking area
- Hurd Peak Road from the intersection of Strawberry Road
