Clocks spring forward Sunday in Colorado

Daylight Saving Time will start Sunday in Colorado. The clocks will spring forward and will bring a later sunset, although a significant amount of additional daylight won’t arrive until the end of the month.

On Saturday, March 8, the sun will rise at 6:21 a.m. and set at 5:59 p.m., meaning Colorado will log a total of 11 hours and 38 minutes of daylight.

Clocks will jump ahead Sunday morning at 2 a.m., meaning the sun will rise at 7:20 a.m. and set at 7:01 p.m.
