On April 5, TheBigWonderful Beerfest and Bluegrass will offer brews and tunes at the base of Winter Park Resort.
Attendees can sip on craft beers, wine and spirits from about 20 breweries, sample artisanal snacks, browse tables of colorful clothing and jewelry, view artwork and listen to live bluegrass bands.
TheBigWonderful lasts from 1-5 p.m. Attendees can shop and listen to live music for free. Tickets for the beer fest are $40 if purchased online at WinterParkResort.com before the event, or $45 in person the day of the event. The ticket price gets you unlimited drink samples.
Local breweries such as Big Trout Brewing and Vicious Cycle Brewing will have booths along with a number of other vendors, such as Sunboy’s spiked coconut water and nonalcoholic alternatives like SimplyPop.
Music is provided by DJ Eric Figueroa, High Lonesome, and Pixie and the Partygrass Boys.
The event is part of Spring Bash + Splash, which includes festivities every weekend in April. The Winter Park side of the resort will close April 27, and the Mary Jane side will stay open as long as possible.
